SHIPPING:
Every effort is made to ship all orders as quickly as possible, via USPS. With the exception of jewelry and limited-time items, all items are made-to-order. Therefore, delivery times will vary. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order, from the date of cleared payment.
PAYMENT POLICY:
We currently accept all major credit/debit cards through Paypal. We also accept money order, cashiers check, and personal checks. Orders will not be shipped until your payment has cleared our bank. All returned checks will incur a fee of $35.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final. Item exchanges may be permitted only for items damaged during delivery. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. SirenaRae Artistry will pay to ship the new item. SirenaRae Artistry reserves the right to deny any item exchanges.
ITEM EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
Email us within 24 hours of delivery and include a picture of the damaged item, as well as a description of the damage. Please include your order number and contact information. If we accept the exchange, we will email you instructions for the return.
